Users

In the Users tab you can view the list of all users registered in Passwork through LDAP.

An administrator can access the list, perform a search, and register new users:

3. Select one or multiple users
4. Confirm registration

Search settings

Specify the Distinguished name (DN) to define the part of the Active Directory a user search should be performed in. For example:

DN filter

You can use a DN filter to determine what kind of data can be searched on LDAP. An administrator can set up a filter to perform a more accurate user search. For example:

Updating a user list

You can update the LDAP user lists automatically in set intervals or disable automatic updates altogether. For the automatic updates to work, you will need to configure Configuring background tasks in Passwork settings.

You can turn off LDAP synchronization for individual users as described LDAP synchronization
