Overview

The collect-conf.sh and collect-logs.sh scripts perform the collection of configuration files and log files of components.

Running the scripts

In case of errors, collect debugging information to send to the support service. To do this, run the scripts:

./collect-conf.sh
./collect-logs.sh

After running the script

Archives with debugging information will be created in the working directory of the user shell. The archive name includes the time of its creation:

• conf-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx.tar.gz
• logs-yyyyyyyy-yyyyyy.tar.gz

Send the collected information to [email protected]
