From 1Password

This article provides instructions for migrating from 1Password to the Passwork corporate password manager. The migration process is organized to keep accounts secure, preserve your familiar data structure, and help the team get back to work quickly.

Launch the 1Password desktop app and click the three dots in the upper-left corner of the window. In the dropdown menu, select Export, then choose the user whose data you want to export.

In the window that appears, enter the password for the selected account and choose an export format. Select CSV and click Export data.

Go to Passwork and open the settings page. Select Data import at the bottom of the list.

In the next window, click Choose file

Upload the file you previously saved with the exported data. When importing CSV, choose the delimiter (comma) and enable skipping the first row.

Match the password card fields in Passwork with the columns from the file (login, password, URL, note, etc.) as shown in the screenshot. Some fields may remain empty because 1Password does not have equivalent data categories.
