From LastPass

This article provides instructions for migrating from LastPass to the Passwork corporate password manager. The migration process is organized to keep accounts secure, preserve your familiar data structure, and help the team get back to work quickly.

Open the LastPass web app home page and select Advanced options. In the menu that opens, click Export. The system will then send a request to confirm the export to your email.

In the email you receive, click Continue export to proceed with the export.

To confirm the export, the system will ask you to enter your LastPass account master password. After entering it successfully, the .CSV file will be downloaded to your computer automatically. If it does not, check your browser’s automatic download settings.

Go to Passwork and open the settings page. Select Data import at the bottom of the list.

In the next window, click Choose file

Upload the file you previously saved with the exported data. When importing CSV, choose the delimiter (comma) and enable skipping the first row.

Match the password card fields in Passwork with the columns from the file (login, password, URL, note, etc.) as shown in the screenshot. Some fields may remain empty because LastPass does not have equivalent data categories.
