Invites
Unregistered users can automatically join your Passwork and necessary groups using Invites. There are two types of invites: a generated link or an email.
When creating an invite, you can pre-assign a group for a user and set an expiration date for the invite. This allows users to start using Passwork immediately after registration, without waiting for administrator approval.
To manage invites navigate to User management and go to Invites tab.

- Create new invites
- Search through invites
- Filter invites
- View created invites
Create invite
To create a new invite, click the Create invite button at the top of the tab.

As a link
In the pop-up window enter a name for the invite and set the expiration time. Additionally, you can pre-assign groups the user will automatically be added into.

In the next window, you will be able to view and copy the invite link.

Don't forget to copy the invite link. It will become unavailable after you close the window.
Afterwards you can send the registration link to new users.
As an email
In the pop-up window choose the Email tab and enter the email addresses the invite will be sent to. Additionally, you can pre-assign groups the user will automatically be added into.
Email invites are valid for three days from the creation date

Delete invite
To delete invites, select one or more invites and click Delete in the dropdown menu:
